New iPhone 3G to cost only $200!

The next generation iPhone, set to be released in July, will cost a fraction of the price of it's older brother according to Apple spokespeople.

"Just one year after launching the iPhone, we're launching the new iPhone 3G that is twice as fast at half the price," said Apple CEO Steve Jobs.

The new model will feature an on board GPS system as well as support for third-party software made by the iPhone SDK.
